CONSTRUCTION FRAMEWORK FOR PROJECTS FROM PS50,000 TO PS300,000 IN VALUE
Notice Description
North Wales Police seek to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between PS50,000 and PS300,000 on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately PS750,000. The contract is likely to commence around the 11th of May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods. Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn ceisio gofyn am wasanaethau contractwyr adeiladu er mwyn cynnal gwaith adeiladu gwerth rhwng PS50,000 a PS300,000 ar Stad Heddlu Gogledd Cymru a Gwasanaethau Tan ac Achub Gogledd Cymru. Bydd hyn ar ffurf cytundeb fframwaith a bydd yn cael ei ddyfarnu i nifer lluosog o gontractwyr. Yn ei dro, byddwn yn cynnal cystadlaethau bach neu wobrau uniongyrchol am brosiectau penodol sy'n codi drwy hyd y cytundeb. Y gwariant arfaethedig blynyddol wedi ei rannu dros swydd benodol ydy PS750,000. Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau oddeutu 11 Mai 2023 a bydd yn parhau am gyfnod o 2 flynedd gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn am 3 blynedd ychwanegol bob 12 mis. Mae gwybodaeth bellach a dogfennaeth ar gael ar System E-dendro Cyflenwad yr UE / Golau Glas ar https://Bluelight.eu-supply.com/ Dylai unrhyw gwestiynau gael eu codi drwy adran Negeseuon y Tendr. Noder na fydd unrhyw ohebiaeth yn cael ei roi tu allan i'r system. Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer ymatebion ydy dydd Gwener 14 Ebrill am 2pm.
