Notice Description

Liverpool is known for its rich history, vibrant culture, world renowned architecture and a deep-rooted passion for celebrating various themes and seasons. To create a magical Christmas experience for our residents and visitors, Liverpool City Council (the Council) is seeking proposals to create a festive wonderland on Liverpool's world-famous waterfront, with an enchanting Ice Rink centre piece, a selection of vintage style/traditional fairground rides and an array of festive stalls, selling gifts, crafts, artisan goods as well as a selection of festive food and beverage items. The 2024 Christmas offer will take place on Council land, at Pier Head, Liverpool Waterfront, pending consultation with stakeholders, operational and logistical considerations and bid submission proposals.
