The London Borough of Ealing is planning a tender for a "Framework for the Supply of Patrol & Response Services". This procurement falls under the industry category of community services, particularly aimed at maintaining public security and law enforcement in London. The contract is expected to have a total value of £16 million, with a minimum value of £800,000. The contract period is set from 1st October 2020 to 30th September 2024, with a future communication notice scheduled for 2nd November 2023. The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with detailed provisions aimed at addressing anti-social behaviour and maintaining local parks and council-managed housing estates.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in community services, particularly those skilled in security, patrol, and response operations. Companies that focus on maintaining public order, offering noise nuisance response services, and managing park facilities will find this contract well-suited to their capabilities. The framework will not only serve the London Borough of Ealing but will also be available for other London Boroughs, thereby broadening the market potential for participating firms, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to expand their service offerings in the public sector.
