Direct award made via the Department for Transport (DfT). The DfT has contracts with (Valtech) for the application and badge management for Blue Badges. All Local Authorities in the UK may access these agreements (known as the Blue Badge Digital Service - BBDS) via 'access agreements' to the DfT central contract The contract term is for an initial term of 8-months. Making the contract expiry date 04/02/2024.
