Notice Description

The Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) has a requirement for 2 x trace screening instruments (TSI) for explosives. The Trace Screening instrument (TSI) must be a state-of-the-art, computer controlled, rapid screening system, with the ability to analyse swabs taken from a wide range of materials for the presence of trace explosive compounds. The system must be mains powered and capable of being left on and running at all times. Full details of the Authority's requirement can found in the Invitation to Tender document set, which can be obtained via the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP). Additional information: This Invitation to Tender is being undertaken using the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP). All communication with the Authority, including requests for clarification and submission of Invitation to Tender responses must be submitted via DSP.
