4. Programme of Work and Deliverables 1. Lead a meeting / workshop to understand the main brand values and messaging of Launchpad (Falmouth University will provide facilities for this). 2. Deliver a document setting out the brand values of Launchpad, by Dec 4th, 2017 3. Create a website: a. Targeted at applicants and industry partners, with some information for investors. b. Built for mobile and desktop. c. Supplier shall create structure, design, and copy. d. Shall be built with a Content Management System that allows for the Launchpad Team to edit the site securely. e. Deadlines: i. Wireframe / Concepts by 5th Dec 2017 ii. Draft website by 12th Dec 2017 iii. Final website by 19th Dec 2017 4. Create printed material designs, also suitable for e-mail attachment: a. One handout for applicants; for handing out at conferences etc. b. One handout for industry partners; for providing at an early contact stage. c. One handout for investors; for providing at an early contact stage. d. A combinator folder to hold all of the above with a business card. e. Deadlines: i. Draft by 13th Dec 2017 ii. Final designs by 20th Dec 2017 5. Create conference stand designs: a. 1 narrow banner (~1m wide, 2m tall) b. 1 wide banner (~3m wide, 2m tall) c. Deadlines: i. Draft by 13th Dec 2017 ii.
