**DELIVERY TO BE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE** A contract is required for a period of 12 months, to supply Specimen Bags on a monthly basis - see attached specification of requirements. Quantity stated is per 1,000 (1 million required in total) It is expected that delivery will be free of charge to the Trust. If this is not the case, carriage charges must be stated NHS Terms & Conditions, in conjunction with the Trust Terms of Offer, apply.
