Somerset West and Taunton Council is embarking on a scheme to provide a safe, secure and attractive environment to the Tenants of Leycroft Grove, Taunton. The Project will provide an improved access road, parking areas with a mix of hard and soft landscaping. Outcomes sought; The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and experienced Contractor to undertake the Works, under a JCT Minor Works 2016 Contract, who will; * meet the scheme aspirations detailed within this tender document * work in partnership with the Council and key stakeholders including any residents' consultations * work effectively to deliver the scheme within budget and programme.
