The Works comprise of the following- Renewal of lead sheet covering to roof deck, complete with associated flashings The provision of new timber board deck to existing structure to increase height of drip detail to central deck area Re-nailing of existing timber boards to existing roof joists Renewal of lightening conductor in line with relevant B.S. Renewal of cast box gutter to eaves of mansard roof in preformed powder coated aluminium Isolated repairs to slate roof
