Notice Description
The County Council is seeking the development of 3.59HA (8.86 acres) of land known as Plot 6, Interlink Way South, Bardon for commercial purposes. A minimum of 16,258m2 (175,000sqft) of built development is required. The successful tenderer will develop the scheme with an end user(s) in place who will enter into an agreement for lease and lease arrangement. Additional information: Not Awarded.
