The provision of an integrated asset management contract for all Ability Housing stock. The works include: Responsive Repairs Void works Planned works Cyclical works Gas servicing and breakdown Communal heating servicing and repairs Aids and adaptations The total value of the contract (over the 10-years) is anticipated to be PS8,591,000 excluding VAT. The exact figures will be agreed on an annual basis based on the needs of the stock and the available budget taking into account the Governments recent budget announcements.
