BCP Council is seeking an experienced trader to operate a mobile ice-cream concession on Gundimore promenade, to enhance the existing food offers at Mudeford Quay and Avon Beach. The scope of the contract is for the successful supplier to provide a quality, self-contained mobile unit serving the following: Ice cream (whipped and/or soft scoop); ice lollipops; hot and cold drinks; confectionary (sweets, crisps, chocolate). A maximum fixed lease term of 3 years will be offered.
