Mrs Bland's Domestic Hot and Cold Water System Replacement
Notice Description
The works comprise the installation of new domestic hot and cold water generation and distribution to the main building at Mrs Bland's Primary School, Burghfield. The new domestic water system shall comprise 1no. air source heat pump serving a single hot water cylinder via a plate heat exchanger. New pipework distribution originating from the existing plantroom shall run in the loft space through the majority of the building and connect to the existing domestic pipework drops with isolation valves and regulation valve on the hot water service (HWS) return. The entire system shall be flushed and chlorinated at various stages throughout the works. Additional information: This tender pack includes: Invitation to Tender (ITT) including 4 technical questions (for completion and submission) Draft JCT Intermediate Contract PAS91 Pre-qualification Questionnaire (for completion and submission) Document pack including specification, drawings and pricing schedule (for completion and submission) Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
