This Expression of Interest seeks feedback from suitably qualified and experienced consultancy teams in relation to a potential opportunity to support the development of a new Masterplan 'Blueprint' for Marsden. The catalyst for this Blueprint is the planned investment in Marsden through Levelling Up Fund and the TransPennine Route Upgrade. The proposed approach, which was approved by Cabinet on 12 March, will provide a structured framework to identify investment plans and proposals in the town centre over the next decade and beyond. The potential commission will be to lead the development of the Blueprint working closely with the Council and a newly formed Community Partnership.
