IBC intends to appoint a suitable multidisciplinary Consultant to carry out both the Detailed Design & Construction Phases for the refurbishment of a Shopping Centre, acting on behalf of the Council as the Employer's Agent/ Principal Designer/ Architect/ Building Surveyor/ Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer/ M&E Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. Additional information: Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a suitable multidisciplinary Consultant to carry out both the Detailed Design & Construction Phases for the refurbishment of a shopping precinct, acting on behalf of the Council as the Employer's Agent/ Principal Designer/ Architect/ Building Surveyor/ Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer/ M&E Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.
