THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED * Removal of:- o Vinyl flooring on the walls and floor o Plaster board on the walls o Panic alarm rails ( note to be reused) o Protective plastic sheeting over the windows o Lighting o Entrance door and frame for alterations * Decoration of the window * Installation of polycarbonate plastic sheet over the window * Supplying an installing plasterboard to the walls * Altro Whiterock to the walls * One feature wall to have Digiclad (picture) * Altro antislip vinyl floor * New LED dimmable lighting * Air-conditioning addition of fresh air by George Varcus. * CCTV removal/replacemt by JW Security * Cleaning of the windows * Alteration to the entrance doors Schedule of Drawings Attached. * Room location * Door and partition sectional drawing.
