Notice Description

The availability of a highly reliable, effective, secure, Quality Audit and Improvement Platform is essential to the clinical and operational working practices throughout the organisation. A key aim of the digital strategy is "to drive the highest standards of digital maturity so we can provide a workplace that enables our staff to deliver the safest and best possible care to our population and improve health outcomes throughout the communities we serve." Adoption of a Quality Audit and Improvement Platform for services will sup-port this vision and enable teams to deliver efficient, safe, high quality care, integrating data and use insights to support quality assurance and improvement activity, improving the working environment for our workforce. The Trust are keen to explore what providers can offer in relation to Quality Audit and Improvement Platform that meets the criteria set out in the specification with a particular focus on the ability for front line staff to have an accessible, user friendly audit platform to input data across a range of areas relating to the services they provide and for this data to be integrated into visual dashboards from team to board. This will support with the monitoring of, assurance of and improvement in relation to quality and regulatory compliance
