Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service (OFRS) [company of Oxfordshire County Council] conducted a collaborative tender for Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service (RBFRS) Partners were involved in the tender and evaluation process, resulting in several separate contracts managed independently by each FRS.
