Notice Description

SA Catapult are installing a small 5G RAN system in the Milton Keynes area. This project will entail the installation and commissioning of seven 5G masts and base stations in Milton Keynes. SA Catapult is looking for a complete turnkey solution with the successful supplier undertaking all the necessary planning applications, liaising with local authorities and land owners etc. in addition to the actual installation and commissioning. Note that the antennas and cabinets will be provided by Huawei along with some of the interconnecting cables/coax (as detailed in the technical doc). The remainder (masts etc) will be provided by the preferred supplier to this ITT. The two Huawei technical documents uploaded are for your information. How to apply: Bidders should quote the Reference number of this ITT RFQ FY20-15 in all correspondence related to this tender. All responses to this ITT must be received before 12:00hrs (midday) 15th November 2019 to the following e-mail address or the SA Catapult reserve the right to exclude your bid. All messages and ITT documentation must be sent via the procurement portal : procurement@sa.catapult.org.uk Responses received beforehand will not be opened until after the closing time and date for receipt of tenders, 12:00 15th November 2019. Bidders must format their response using the following structure: * Detailed response to the questionnaire contained in Section 12. Tender responses must be submitted in English and should be no more than 20 sides of A4 including appendices. Please note, this 20-side limit does not include the responses to Sections A-E below. * Section A Supplier Organisation Information. * Section B Financial Organisation. * Section C Security Information. * Section D Commercial & Price information * Section E Data protection. * Completed Annexes B&C. Additional information: Version H dated 111019 final tracked and blacklined attached to cope in particular with issue through mytenders.co.uk which needed to be reflected in the document. SA Catapult standard Ts&Cs apply. Plus other amendments for clarification and consistency. Although the contract start date is estimated for 10th January 2019, the Catapult have an appetite for an earlier start date subject to all gateways being administered thoroughly. Reminder that the timetable is indicative and the SA Catapult may withdraw this tender at any time for any reason without Notice. All communications including clarifications and tender documentation should come via the procurement@sa.catapult.org.uk email address although this project is also advertised through TED and bidders may communicate via the mytenders.co.uk portal. You are asked to refrain from making contact by telephone so that we have a clear audit trail with ability to share information to all bidders fairly.
