Clinician scheduling and planning solution
Notice Description
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is currently trying to understand what systems the market has to offer in terms of supporting clinician scheduling and mobility with some additional functionalities to maximise the efficient delivery of clinical services and visits. At this stage we are trying to understand possible suppliers' capabilities in this area - THIS DOES NOT FORM PART OF A TENDER PROCESS and is solely intended for an expression of interest in relation to a possible demo. All information can be found on https://procontract.due-north.com/Register. If you are interested please submit your completed 'Your solution's capabilities' spreadsheet by 23/09/2019 via the portal. If the project team feel they would like to understand your solution in more detail we have been able to provisionally block some time on the 26th September 2019 for a possible 1-hour informal demo in London and will inform you latest on 24/09/2019. The solution must be able provide scheduling capability and functionality to support mobile clinicians in the field to maximise the efficient delivery of clinical services and visits. Amongst others, the below functionalities are crucial: - Route planning (car, foot and public transport) - Dynamic, automated and manual scheduling applying travel, care plan requirements and clinician consistency - Real time or near real time clinical recording and receipt of clinical information e.g. visit outcomes - sufficient security measures in place
