Notice Description
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are required, as part of Annual Accounts Process, to have a full on-site valuation at least once every 5 years and in the intervening years a desktop valuation, valuers have to be professionally accredited with all the appropriate qualifications and insurances. This service is for a one off desktop valuation.
