These works include for the refreshment of the former Chatham Fire Station under the arches on New Cut Road. The refurbishment works are to only bring the shell of the building up to a usable standard therefore the complete fit out will be finished once the new tenants have signed the lease of the building and carried out by their preferred contractors.
