The South West Region would like to implement a single solution that provides a unified reporting experience for Pathology. From this market engagement we would like to gather information to develop informed decision making, better understanding the capability of the market, and the possible options available to then develop out to further 'ologies as the clinical networks develop. The solution should allow for image data to be transferred and accessed in a bi-directional manner without compromising speed of access, and image fidelity on a near real-time basis. The solution should be accessible across the group of hospital pathology departments and from remote locations to allow for flexibility, and ease of use while maintaining a consistent in-hospital experience from all locations. For the following South West Trusts Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust North Bristol NHS Trust Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust Somerset NHS Foundation Trust Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust Yeovil District Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Dorset University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust The core anticipated term is 5 years (March 2024 to 31st March 2029), with potential further extension option 2 x 1 year periods. Contract. The Commissioner will be contracting for the services using the NHS Standard Good and Services Contract 2023/24 version.
