Torbay Council was seeking a suitably experienced Contractor with appropriate resources to carry out Surface Dressing within the Borough of Torbay on both urban and rural roads. The average square meterage carried out each year will be in the region of 30000 m2 - this is a guide only and not any guarantee of the extent of works required under this Contract.
