Notice Description

The EEAST Access Control System across the estate is a UTC AFX product, that is coming to its product life end with various parts becoming obsolete, requiring either of the following options in order to maintain an efficient and affective access control system that can be managed centrally for users and management to apply access rights to specific employees and control access of contractors and visitors across the estate. The Trust wishes to upgrade the existing infrastructure with futureproofing dynamic IP solution capable of utilising old and replacement devices and software. The works must be completed by 31st December 2019. The duration of the contract will be until successful completion of the works specified in this tender.
