Notice Description

North of England Commissioning Support are working for and on behalf of NHSE North Lincolnshire CCG in respect of commissioning an Integrated MSK, Pain and Rheumatology Service and are seeking expressions of interest for future service delivery. This includes services within the scope of the current AQP MCATs services, community pain services and elements of service within the current Acute and Community contract; Outpatient orthopaedic services Outpatient and community pain management services Community MSK services including physiotherapy Outpatient rheumatology services - considered in phases; Phase 1: initial assessment and diagnosis and development of a management plan. Referral on to secondary care in line with pathways agreed with the commissioner and secondary care provider. This requires the provider to work collaboratively with the commissioner and secondary care provider to ensure there is no duplication in diagnostics or care where the patient is transferred Phase 2: supervision of use of biological and biosimilar treatments in those unresponsive to conventional treatments Diagnostics including access to imaging, biochemistry, pathology Access to appropriate podiatry and orthotic services To register your interest in this service please register at PROACTIS portal: https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS It is free to register on the portal, which can be accessed at any time of the day.
