Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames (RBK) is looking to re-commission its core housing management system. We are looking to undertake a commissioning process later in the summer. This early engagement with suppliers will help shape and form the requirements and subsequent commissioning, with the intention of selecting a supplier to operate a new solution from April 2018. RBK is seeking deliver its corporate objectives and its housing strategy. The soft market testing is an opportunity to invite interested suppliers to hold discussions, demonstrations of any product and solutions that can contribute to our aims. Please see questionnaire on www.londontenders.org for completion. Any information provided will be strictly confidential and non-binding. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the soft market testing exercise and an expression of interest in response to the PIN or the completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee any invitation to participate in informal discussions with the Council or any future public procurement process that the Council may conduct. This soft market testing activity does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the Council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing exercise.Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
