Notice Description

LB Southwark are seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to design and construct 14No. new build units (including 5No. maisonettes and 2No. Wheelchair) for social rent on the Haddonfield Estate SE8 in South East London. The site is located within an urban densely populated area; and is constrained by existing roads, a Transport for London (TfL) overground tube line and in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings. The development site is subject to regulation by TfL due to being adjacent to live overground tube tracks. Additional information: Please note that expressions of interest must be officially made through Southwark's E-procurement portal, Pro-Contract. https://procontract.duenorth. com/Login If you are not currently registered on the Pro-Contract procurement portal, you can complete a simple registration process by clicking the "Register Free" Link on the front page.
