Summary of the contracting process

The tender titled "Crisis Pad" is being led by Humber NHS Foundation Trust, aimed at improving mental health crisis support services in the Hull & East Riding area. The procurement process is currently in the Award stage, with the contract value set at a maximum of £132,000 per annum over a four-year term, starting from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2025. The procurement follows an open procedure, and the tender period concluded on October 2, 2020.

This opportunity presents significant potential for growth, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary sector organisations (VSCEs) focused on health and social care services. Companies experienced in providing mental health support and training, as well as those that can facilitate triage and access to qualified practitioners, will be well-positioned to compete. Engaging in this service not only helps enhance community support but also expands the service offerings to those in immediate need outside standard operational hours.
