Notice Title

PQ0356 - Foster Birmingham Website - AWARD

Notice Description

Foster Birmingham is working towards achieving our Statement of Purpose vision of providing fostered children "...with safe and secure environments in which they can thrive, fulfilling their aspirations" through the provision of an independently hosted website that sets the Foster Birmingham brand apart from its competitors. Recruitment and retention of fostering households goes a long way to achieving a financially successful service, allowing more money to be reinvested in support for the families and children in our service instead of paying the high costs of placing a child with an independent fostering agency. We are interested in seeing options for a refresh of the current Foster Birmingham logo but are constricted by budget from completing a full rebranding exercise, therefore consideration would be taken when scoring applications that do not address this desirable requirement. This contract will be for a period of 2 years commencing from the date of signing with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
