Software maintenance and repair services. SunSystems ('the Software') is used by the BIG Lottery Fund's Finance department. The Fund is seeking a service provider to maintain and keep the Software in good, serviceable repair and maintain an efficient and effective support service to deal with faults within agreed SLAs.
