At GSTT we have been active in implementing positive changes to promote an inclusive culture where staff at all levels are representative of the diversity of the patients we treat. However, we need to accelerate this work; to undertake a more radical approach, given recent national and international events, our open discussions sessions on Black Lives Matter with the Executive Team, the report by Public Health England on the disproportionate impact of COVID- 19 has had on Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic communities, the NHS People Plan and our GSTT People Strategy which outlines our commitment to 41% BAME representation at all bands by 2025. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
