Notice Title

Senior Leadership Development Programme

Notice Description

Introduction to the Procurement The overall aim of this programme is about delivering change at pace across the health and social care community in Lincolnshire. It is about building trust and effective, strong collaborative relationships to significantly shift performance. In particular it is about leaders modelling the mind-set, attitudes and skills to effect the change required to deliver truly integrated health and social care provision. We are seeking to procure a Partner who can co-design this with us and deliver the programme outcomes and content in line with the specification. Our Provider must be able to show us how they will bring a fresh and innovative approach to systems senior leadership development, which can demonstrably achieve behavioural change through identifying positive behaviours and actively challenging behaviours which are inconsistent with these. Our intention is to be deliberately open in terms of specifying how the programme should be delivered as we are looking for a provider to show us creativity and innovation, rather than a traditional curriculum based approach. The only requirement is that it should look and feel different to the traditional curriculum, theoretical, classroom-based senior leadership development approaches. If the pilot is successful, further cohorts of the programme may be procured.
