Notice Description

As part of the new Clay Farm Centre development, Cambridge City Council is inviting tenders for a Cafe Concession. The Centre is a prestigious new building comprising of community facilities, library and cafe with a medical centre on the second floor and residential accommodation above. The centre will overlook the new Hobson Square and forms part of the southern fringe development. The centre will serve 3800 new homes as well as residents in the existing Trumpington village. Accommodation The cafe comprises of a fitted kitchen and servery with seating for approximately 31 in the seating area with the option to use the patio area outside. There is additional seating in the communal areas on the ground and first floors.
