The Council require one contractor to provide comprehensive lift maintenance and servicing across its estate. Please refer to the procurement documents for the full list of specified requirements. It is a condition of tender that prospective Tenderers attend an accompanied site visit - dates will be published via the messaging portal in due course. Contract Term: 3 plus 1yr extension
