Further competition under CCS Network Services 2 framework agreement (RM3808), lot 13 to award a Cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) Contract to a sole Supplier. CAFCASS is seeking the provision of a Cloud Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution for a period of three years with the live service to commence no later than the 31st March 2022.
