WYCA Employee Mandatory EDI Training Programme
Notice Description
We are looking to appoint an external training provider for a minimum period of 12 months, to design and deliver mandatory EDI training to all WYCA staff (720+ employees). The training will deliver an introduction to EDI to help ensure they have the relevant knowledge and understanding of key legislation, rights, and responsibilities to deliver their work compliantly and effectively, as well as nurturing an inclusive working environment.
