NBC Repairs to Delapre Lodge Railings
Notice Description
Northampton Borough Council (The Authority) invites quotations for the provision of repairs to Delapre Lodge Railings. The Lodge benefits from a prominent location at the start of the tree lined drive leading up to Delapre Abbey, a Grade II* Listed building, which forms the heart of a complex of listed buildings and structures.. The railings, whilst modest, are of an approximate length of 29m and height of 1.2 m (including finial). They form part of the boundary of the garden to the Lodge and therefore also benefit from protection, the pedestrian gate and gate post and a panel of railings which were loose, are in safe storage and will need to be collected to enable repair and reinstatement. Please register your company (if not done so already on Pro Contract) and then your interest to download the information and complete the online questionnaires, please note that the majority of the scored requirement for the award stage does require uploaded attachments.
