Job Title: Locum Legal Assistant for Information and Governance Rate of Pay: Band F (?15.78 to ?18.00 per hour PAYE) Inside IR35 Hours: 37 Hours Location: Based at Sandwell Council House/ Home Working Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency request for 12 weeks Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: o The post hold needs experience in Information Governance, GDPR, FOI, SAR and data breaches. o Litigation experience an advantage. o The individual will be highly motivated and organised and have at least 12 month experience of working in Information governance with a proved track record of managing this work. o Working 37 hours per week o Current working arrangements are some working from home with office attendance in line with business needs Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. No DBS is required for this role.
