Notice Description

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has a requirement for external whistle blower training. The Agency is a regulatory body and requires its inspectors to be trained in how to handle whistle blowers from organisations the Agency may be inspecting (among others), training is also required on the management of the sensitive intelligence that may be received. The Agency wishes to understand if there are any suppliers in the market who can provide this training. The supplier should have: - Experience of training similar inspectors in regulatory bodies. - Be an accredited training provider The training should include the items that we must educate people on and should educate them on as follows: - The requirements of a regulatory body to have WB procedure and policy - How to deal with WBs - The boundaries between WB/CHIS and tasking - The sterile corridor - The MHRA Procedures - Legislation associated with the above.
