Notice Description

Runnymede Borough Council on behalf of Spelthorne Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to undertake construction works to extend existing car park by ten (10) bays. The proposed surface level car park will be of a typical design, incorporating a tarmacadam surface, with spaces demarcated using thermoplastic white colour lining. The footprint of additional car park is to be dug down to a depth to suit new surfacing build up as detailed in engineer's specifications. The landscaping surrounding the site will be entirely undisturbed following construction of the additional car park.. .The contract comprise of the following works: o Construction of car park surfaces and kerbs o Construction of soakaways, gullies and associated drainage works. o Car park line marking o Site deep clean, etc. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
