Direct award via CCS framework RM6168 Lot 4 - Surveying and Strategic Advice. Award made retrospectively. Direct award requested due to nature of requirements and stakeholder is keen for an expedient route to appointment. This framework allows us to facilitate a complaint direct award to them. Possible 6 month extension available is for additional time only, should this be required to complete agreed spec.
