Notice Information
Notice Title
ODN Rehabilitation Prescription Software
Notice Description
The South Yorkshire Major Trauma Operational Delivery Network (ODN) operates within an integrated network model, providing care and treatment to adult and paediatric major trauma patients from pre-hospital through to rehabilitation. One of the key functions of the Network is to ensure quality standards and networked patient pathways are in place across the network area and are in line with national guidance. It is a national requirement for MTCs and TUs to use a Rehabilitation Prescription (RP) to record the patient's demographics, their treatment and care. This RP must be kept up-to-date and follow the patient when transferred to other NHS organisations providing rehabilitation services in acute, specialist and community rehabilitation settings within the Network area. In order to do this effectively the Network requires an electronic RP that is accessible and operated by all relevant rehabilitation services/NHS provider organisations. The software (Hosted or non Hosted) must be able to track patients. Note: 'ODN' and 'Network' are one and the same (South Yorkshire Major Trauma ODN) and may be used interchangeably Additional information: The Potential Provider should respond to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) via the In-Tend e-tendering portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/workingtogethernhs/aspx/home Delivery Notes The Authority is out to tender for provision and management of ODN Rehabilitation Prescription Software The full specification can be found within the ITT document set once you have expressed your interest. If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-Tend System. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
