A contract to focus on more specialised roofing requirements covering Conservation Roofing, Heritage roofing and Lead & slate Roofing. Focussed predominately in the Merseyside region with occasional requirements in Manchester or Lancashire. Starting from the 1st December 2021 the contract term is for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years depending on performance and an average annual value of PS155k
