This tender, titled "GB-London/Kettering: Provision of trust-wide public facing websites 2016," is currently in the tender stage with a submission deadline set for 16 December 2016. The procurement process follows an open method and is valued between £25,000 and £50,000, with the contract period running from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017. The contract's primary category falls under services, specifically web design services as classified by the CPV code 72413000.

Notice Title

GB-London/Kettering: Provision of trust-wide public facing websites 2016

Notice Description

At present E-ACT's public facing web portfolio consists of 24 academy websites and one trust website. Due to the nature of how academies join multi academy trusts there is very little consistency in how our academy websites were first installed and developed over time. Furthermore significant organisational changes, including a trust-wide rebranding exercise, mean that the portfolio will soon be in need of urgent overhaul. The trust is seeking a single web development agency to oversee the redevelopment of each of its 25 websites following a tender process. The aim of this project is to bring E-ACT's 24 academy websites and that of the trust into line with new branding guidelines and values following the completion of the rebranding exercise. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
