To assist EWS to build the culture, management team, behaviours, accountability, structure and resolution of specific people issues so that the organisation can become Future Fit. The means that everyone has a sense of what they do, why they do it, who for & have a shared plan with milestones to celebrate, and ensure they have the right people, in the right jobs, with the right skill sets. Stage One would deliver the following objectives: * Clarity of the purpose of EWS and the principles and behaviours required to deliver this * Objective information/ data * Understanding of the change necessary * Short term change plan * Appropriate support for Nicola as she leads this with her team * Scoping for additional support requirements to be clear what is needed.
