GB-London: BTA1357 - Industry Standard Call Handling
Notice Description
and overseas to market Britain in an inspirational and effective way. As part of the COVID-19 recovery work, VisitEngland developed an Industry Standard certification, We're Good To Go, for use across the tourism industry. This certification aims to provide reassurance to visitors that individual tourism businesses have demonstrated that they have completed a COVID-19 risk assessment and are following government and sector-specific guidance. Businesses will apply to be certified via an online platform that is currently being developed, with a helpdesk to call on for support and guidance during the application process.
