The University requires single provider to carry out Planned Maintenance and Repairs to the assets as detailed in the specification and the two-point schedules, along with providing a call out service to attend to breakdowns, (24/7). At present, the University Building Management System consists of Trend and Andover controllers. Full details of the University's requirements can be found in the Specification (D2).
