Notice Description
Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office. BF operate a fleet of circa thirty (c.30) surface vessels and has a requirement for the purchase of inflatable fenders. The full package is detailed in the attached Specification of Requirements (SoR) (C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS -SOR-v1.0). This opportunity will be let using the UK Government Order Form and Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services (C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS - Order Form and Short Form TCs - v1.0). The purpose of this notice is to make the SoR and terms and conditions available to, and invite, potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised quote for the complete and specified package. The following timeline for this particular contract is as follows; 1. 1200hrs, 23 February 2023 - deadline for clarification submission to the Buyer; 2. 1200hrs, 02 March 2023 - deadline for submission of bidding tool and specified documents and acceptances; 3. 02-08 March 2023 - clarification and evaluation; 4. (on or around) 09 March 2023 - contract award; 5. Not before 09 March 2023 - Contract Start; and 6. 08 March 2025 - Contract End. The Buyer reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity, for any reason, at any point, prior to contract award. Bidders are invited to electronically submit compliant bids by email to; MaritimeProcurement@homeoffice.gov.uk by 1200hrs, Thursday 02 March 2023 quoting the procurement reference of C24760 in their email title. Additional information: 1. 1200hrs, 23 February 2023 - deadline for clarification submission to the Buyer; 2. 1200hrs, 02 March 2023 - deadline for submission of bidding tool and specified documents and acceptances; 3. 02-08 March 2023 - clarification and evaluation; 4.
