The Council are interested in understanding the market availability and capability in delivering an automated "operator free" Hybrid conference solution for its Council Chamber, and is looking at options from off the shelf products through to collaborative development of a configured solution that would allow it to meet these requirements. We are currently reviewing options for Hybrid Council meetings, with the possibility of going to market in mid 2022 or late 2022, and the feedback we are collating in this exercise will feed into an initial business case that will assist in determining our next steps, including what routes to market we, as a public body, can take going forward.
